About the Event
Born to Care, Inc, is excited to announce that our food pantry K & M Nourishing Plate is now accepting applications for our Summer Snack Program! This program is designed to provide weekend snacks to children in need between the ages of 2-17 years of age, either for pick-up or delivered directly to their homes. The program will begin on June 1st, 2024 and end on September 2nd 2024. Please complete the application below to join the program. The program is income-based; proof of income with your application is needed. Applications are by referral only.
